Coaching for Desired Change

What once seemed exciting has lost its pizzaz.

You’re in the doldrums.

Perhaps you feel like you’re traveling in circles.

Or you’re so caught up in moving full steam ahead that you’re missing out on the sights along the way.

You need to make a course correction.

Don’t wait for a crisis to upend your journey.

If things seem off, pay attention to that voice inside your head.

Don’t let it build into a scream.

Coaching can bring joyful adventure back to your life again.

Perhaps you already know what you need to do and could use a partner to hold you accountable.

Or you may want someone to help expand your vision of what’s possible.

Let me be your partner in this adventure.

“Diana is incredibly intuitive. I love how she listens
not only to my words, but to the energy behind my words. Our work together has been life-changing. Diana was there every step of the way, opening up pathways, encouraging me, and helping me identify action steps.”
– Ann V.

Here’s how we’ll work together.

We’ll use exercises informed by Polyvagal Theory to provide you with a map of your unique nervous system and discover what you need to feel both the joy of being alive and the resilience to make the change.

Imagery, metaphor, and stories will provide the fuel necessary to move in a new direction and keep you going when your energy flags.

We’ll investigate concerns and desires just below the surface of conscious awareness – the language of dreams, images, and archetypes. Your associations and intuition will unlock their meaning.

You won’t be doing this alone; we’ll witness your journey together. When you need someone to push, I’ll push. When you need to be cheered, I’ll cheer.

You are the expert on you.

Our work will focus on making your strengths the springboard for your future and the compass that guides you.

Life will always have its storms. Our work together will make you stronger to endure them and help you steer around the ones you can.

You were born with wings,
why prefer to crawl through life?
